Taking advantage of the pandemic as an opportunity to slim down, I integrated a balanced diet, exercise, and biking into my daily regimen, while also reducing my sugar intake. These measures resulted in a successful weight loss journey. My exercise regimen comprised of 30 minutes of jogging in place, as well as sit-ups and push-ups.

1. Protein for breakfast (Bread and 2 Eggs)
2. No rice on breakfast
3. 2 spoon of malunggay syrup everyday πŸ™‚
4. Drink COFFEE, Kapeng Barako da best πŸ™‚
5. Avoid sugary food or limit intake
6. B, C, D, Iron, & Magnesium Vitamins
7. Exercise/Activities that require effort
8. Drink plenty of water
9. 1 cup of rice per meal
10. Keep healthy food around/Eat more vegetables and fruits
11. Get good sleep
